VISIT US FOR REGISTRATION NEXT SEASON IN MAY 2024!

WHERE: Ridge Road Sports Complex at 400 Ridge Road, Palmyra, PA; Pine Elementary School soccer field; and South Londonderry Borough’s Soccer Field adjacent to the Municipal Building on West Market Street, Campbelltown.

WHEN: 9-10 week program that begins with practices 2x per week starting August 21st until games start the weekend of September 9th.  After September 10th, practices are 1x per week based on athlete and coach availability. Saturday Games will run as follows (subject to change depending on # of athletes):  678 Grade @8:30am & 9:30am; 345 Grade 10:30am, 11:30am, & 12:30pm; 1&2 grade 2pm, 2:45pm, & 3:15pm; Kindergarten 2pm & 2:45pm.  Picture day is September 23^rd for all teams. A few games may be during the week which vary each season dependent upon schedule availability noted on registration forms. Each season practices and games are different because we balance ability, age, and schedule availability together with a parent coach to make the program as balanced as possible for the best experience for our athletes. We appreciate your patience with schedules as registrations come in, and later finalized after registration is closed in order to accommodate our coaches and athletes each season. This is done in order to allow maximum participation for our young athletes.

COACH’S MEETING: ****CHANGE IN DATE******- 30-45 minute mandatory coach’s meeting  on August 10th at 5:30pm at the Palmyra Municipal Building at 325 South Railroad St, Palmyra PA in the Judge’s Chambers. We ask our Coaches and Assistant Coaches to please make every effort to attend and if you cannot please email hhershey@palmyrarec.org to make other arrangements.

NOTES FOR SEASON:

Players must bring a water bottle and wear shin guards to practice and games.  Cleats are not required.

Team shirt and soccer socks included with registration fee.

Players will be notified regarding practice times by their coach by August 14th. Please note- coaches do not email everyone on the same day, but if you don’t hear by August 14th and have double checked your SPAM folder, please email hhershey@palmyrarec.org or call 717-838-9244.

PLAYDAYS: 3,4, & 5 Grade Playday is October 21st and 6,7,& 8 Grade Playday is October 28th- both starting at 8:30am.

Team sponsors needed– $135 donation includes business or organization logo on the back of the team’s t-shirts, a thank you letter for your tax-deductible donation, and a team plaque. Email hhershey@palmyrarec.org a pdf of your company logo and for more information.

Subs are due to the office at 325 South Railroad Street, Palmyra with checks payable to PARPC by September 20th. Checks and forms can be mailed or put in the tan drop box outside of the Palmyra Municipal Building (same address). Pickup is October 4th from 2:30pm-5:30pm- also at our office.

FEES:

1st- 8th grade for our 10 week program is $70 ($2^nd family member $65)   $80 non PASD

Kindergarten for our 10 week program is $55 ($2^nd family member $50)   $65 non PASD

REGISTER BY JULY 20th

Register July 20th or before to avoid the late fee!  Late registration is a $20 fee July 21st-July 27th and is closed after July 27th. Please sign up on time, no late registrations after 27th can be accepted.
