Come out and join the fun at 2024 PARPC track!  Practices are Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on April 10th from 6pm-7:15pm at the Palmyra Middle School track. Kids may try as many events as they would like such as the long jump, softball throw, running relays, and various running distances. Season concludes with an inter-squad track meet at the Palmyra Middle School Track, located at 50 West Cherry Street in Palmyra, PA on Saturday, May 18th. Program includes a PARPC Track team t-shirt.

ASSISTANT COACHES NEEDED- Please consider helping as we can only allow as many athletes as we have volunteers to safely organize practices. If we are short on parent help we will create a waiting list until we have enough parent volunteers. PARPC will refund your money if we don’t get enough parent helpers.  This is done to ensure the safety of all our athletes.  

• More parent volunteers needed as assistant coaches, please put your name on your child’s track registration form under “volunteer parent coach”  or you can email hhershey@palmyrarec.org

Cost: $60  (Siblings  $ 55)   Participants must be 5 – 14yrs old Register by March 21^st

(Late registration fee + $20  March 22^nd  through April 4^th)

Assistant Coach meeting is Wednesday, April 3rd at 6:00pm at Memorial Park at the pavilion (rain or shine) – located at the corner of North Grant & East Spruce Street, by Northside Elementary.  This is a mandatory meeting to receive information on season. 

Picture Day: April 22nd beginning at 5:45pm. 

Practices: (Subject to PASD approval) PAMS Track from 6-7:15pm Mondays and Wednesdays April 10th through May 15th. *** EXCEPTIONS: 6:30pm start and finish at 7:30pm on certain dates due to PHS Home Track meets. (TBD)

Intersquad Track Meet: May 18th at 8am, at 50 West Cherry Street, Palmyra PA *Note- rainout makeup dates are May 21st & 22nd (pending PASD approval).

Fundraiser Information: R&K sub money is due to our office at 325 South Railroad St, Palmyra, PA in the tan drop box outside of the building by April 22nd with delivery on May 6th from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. Proceeds help keep prices low for everyone in our community to participate.

HOW TO REGISTER: 

Please Register by March 21st!   $20 late fee between March 22nd and April 4th – Registration closed after April 4th BUT may close earlier depending on how fast we fill up on registrations. Please register early because there will be no late registrations accepted after April 4th.

Printed registration is below to mail to PARPC at 325 South Railroad Street, Palmyra PA 17078 OR you may put the registration in our secure tan drop box in front of the municipal building at the same address anytime.
